April 27th - John, James, Emma
and I went to Hong Kong for a family temple trip. This was a fun end to our week long spring break. We were gone three nights. Unfortunately, John and James had colds and weren’t feeling well for
most of it. We spent two full mornings at
the temple and ate at fun restaurants for lunch. Saturday morning we took the tram up to the
Peak for the afternoon. It rained almost the entire time we were there.
We loved our time in the temple. They almost didn't let James in the baptismal font since he was coughing pretty hard. The first day John and I did a temple session with a large group
of missionaries that were going home the next day. The second day there were two girls there for
the first time, one getting married and one getting ready for her mission to
London.
Eliza and Tessa stayed with the
Olsens. They had fun with their cousins! We really appreciated Becky taking on two more kids for a few days.
